It began with a daily view sent to us by Eryck, a photographer living in Paris.
At some point, he started sending me, a photography enthusiast, casual views of Paris.
Through the camera, there were signs of life in the city that were not covered in the tourist guides,
Each piece felt like a little poem.
I started posting his pictures with words on my blog.
I felt that this session could share the "temperature", "space", and "afterglow" that people feel, no matter where they are in the world!
It is also my small challenge.
His "I took the shot because I felt like it" way of shooting feels good to me, as I "think too much".

Cette séance photo a commencé avec les scènes du quotidien que m'envoyait Eryck, un photographe vivant à Paris.
Un jour, il a simplement commencé à me partager des images de la vie parisienne, sachant combien j'aime la photographie.
À travers son objectif, la ville révélait des instants de vie invisibles dans les guides touristiques.
Chaque photo me semblait comme un petit poème, discret et touchant.
J'ai donc commencé à y ajouter mes mots, et à les publier sur mon blog.
Cette séance est aussi un petit défi personnel :.
mon envie de croire que, même à distance, on peut partager une certaine “température”, une “ambiance ”, un “écho”.
Sa manière de photographier, juste « parce qu'il en avait envie », m'apaise profondément - moi qui pense toujours trop.

This photo session started with the everyday scenes that Eryck, a photographer living in Paris, started sending me.
At some point, he began sharing casual snapshots of the city with me, knowing how much I love photography.

Each photo felt like a small poem, quietly speaking to me.
So I began adding my words to his photos and sharing them on my blog.
This session is also a small personal challenge for me- I am looking forward to the opportunity to learn more.
a way to explore how people, no matter where they are in the world, can share a sense of “temperature,” “space ,” and “afterglow.”
The way he shoots, simply because he “felt like it,” feels refreshing to someone like me, who tends to overthink things.
